Always try my best to help you

Yea lots of things changed.

However, there's one thing that never changed.

No matter what happens, I will always try my best to help you.

Dead

Everything I say is rubbish.

Everything I do is a waste of time.

Everything decision I make is wrong.

Everything is my problem.

Everything is my fault.

Maybe it's true that I'm so useless...

so worthless...

so easily replaceable...

Maybe it's better that I never existed...

never appeared...

better if I disappear...

better dead...

Payphone

I'm at a payphone trying to call home
All of my change I spent on you
Where have the times gone, baby it's all wrong
Where are the plans we made for two?

Yeah, I, I know it's hard to remember, the people we used to be
It's even harder to picture, that you're not here next to me
You say it's too late to make it, but is it too late to try?
And in our time that you wasted
All of our bridges burned down

I've wasted my nights
You turned out the lights
Now I'm paralyzed
Still stuck in that time when we called it love
But even the sun sets in paradise

I'm at a payphone trying to call home
All of my change I spent on you
Where have the times gone, baby it's all wrong
Where are the plans we made for two?

If happy ever after did exist
I would still be holding you like this
All those fairy tales are full of shit
One more fucking love song I'll be sick

You turned your back on tomorrow
Cause you forgot yesterday
I gave you my love to borrow
But you just gave it away
You can't expect me to be fine
I don't expect you to care
I know I've said it before
But all of our bridges burned down

I've wasted my nights
You turned out the lights
Now I'm paralyzed
Still stucked in that time when we called it love
But even the sun sets in paradise

I'm at a payphone trying to call home
All of my change I spent on you
Where have the times gone, baby it's all wrong
Where are the plans we made for two?

If happy ever after did exist
I would still be holding you like this

One more fucking love song I'll be sick

In all things, whether good or bad, trust in God.

Me: God, can I ask you something?

GOD: Sure.

Me: Promise you won’t get mad?

GOD: I promise.

Me (frustrated): Why did you let so much stuff happen to me today?

GOD: What do you mean?

Me: Well I woke up late.

GOD: Yes.

Me: My car took forever to start.

GOD: Okay.

Me (growling): At lunch, they made my sandwich wrong and I had to wait.

GOD: Hmm.

Me: On the way home, my phone went dead, just as I picked up a call.

GOD: All right.

Me (loudly): And to top it all off, when I got home, I just wanted to soak my feet in my foot massager and relax, but it wouldn’t work. Nothing went right today! Why did you do that?

GOD: Well, let me see. The death angel was at your bed this morning and I had to send one of the other angels to battle him for your life. I let you sleep through that.

Me (humbled): Oh.

GOD: I didn’t let your car start because there was a drunk driver on your route that might have hit you if you were on the road.

Me (ashamed): …

GOD: The first person who made your sandwich today was sick and I didn’t want you to catch what they have, I knew you couldn’t afford to miss work.

Me (embarrassed): Oh.

GOD: Your phone went dead because the person that was calling was going to give a false witness about what you said on that call, I didn’t even let you talk to them so you would be covered.

Me (softly): I see, God.

GOD: Oh, and that foot massager, it had a shortage that was going to throw out all of the power in your house tonight. I didn’t think you wanted to be in the dark.

Me: I’m sorry, God.

GOD: Don’t be sorry, just learn to trust me. In all things, the good and the bad.

Me: I will trust you, God.

GOD: And don’t doubt that my plan for your day is always better than your plan.

Me: I won’t, God. And let me just tell you, God, thank you for everything today.

GOD: You’re welcome, child. It was just another day being your God and I love looking after my children.

In all things, whether good or bad, trust in God.

Heart Vacancy

I hear your heart cry for love, but you won’t let me make it right.
You were hurt, but I decided that you were worth the fight.
Every night, you lock up, you won’t let me come inside.
But the look in your eyes, I can turn the tide.

In your heart, in your heart, in your heart,
I can tell you can fit one more.
In your heart, in your heart, in your heart,
I don’t care who was there before.

I hear your heart cry for love, then you act like there’s no room,
Room for me, or anyone, 'Don’t disturb' is all I see.
Close the door, turn the key, on everything that we could be.
If loneliness would move out, I’d fill the vacancy.
In your heart, in your heart, in your heart,
In your heart, in your heart, in your heart.

This ain’t the Heartbreak Hotel, even though I know it well.
Those no shows, they sure tell, in the way you hold yourself.
Don’t you fret, should you get, another cancellation.
Give me a chance I’d make a, permanent reservation.

In your heart, in your heart, in your heart,
I can tell you can fit one more.
Open up make a brand new start,
I don’t care who’s stayed before.

When I, talk to you, on the phone,
Listen close.

The Man Who Can't Be Moved

Going back to the corner where I first saw you
Gonna camp in my sleeping bag, I'm not gonna move
Got some words on cardboard, got your picture in my hand
Saying, "If you see this girl can you tell her where I am?"

Some try to hand me money, they don't understand
I'm not broke I'm just a brokenhearted man
I know it makes no sense, but what else can I do?
How can I move on when I'm still in love with you?

'Cause if one day you wake up and find that you're missing me
And your heart starts to wonder where on this earth I could be
Thinking maybe you'll come back here to the place that we'd meet
And you'll see me waiting for you on the corner of the street
So I'm not moving, I'm not moving

Policeman says, "Son you can't stay here"
I said, "There's someone I'm waiting for if it's a day, a month, a year"
Gotta stand my ground even if it rains or snows
If she changes her mind this is the first place she will go

'Cause if one day you wake up and find that you're missing me
And your heart starts to wonder where on this earth I could be
Thinking maybe you'll come back here to the place that we'd meet
And you'll see me waiting for you on the corner of the street
So I'm not moving, I'm not moving
I'm not moving, I'm not moving

People talk about the guy that's waiting on a girl
There are no holes in his shoes but a big hole in his world

Maybe I'll get famous as the man who can't be moved
Maybe you won't mean to but you'll see me on the news
And you'll come running to the corner
'Cause you'll know it's just for you
I'm the man who can't be moved
I'm the man who can't be moved

'Cause if one day you wake up and find that you're missing me
And your heart starts to wonder where on this earth I could be
Thinking maybe you'll come back here to the place that we'd meet
And you'll see me waiting for you on the corner of the street
So I'm not moving, I'm not moving

So I'm not moving
('Cause if one day you wake up and find that you're missing me)
I'm not moving
(And your heart starts to wonder where on this earth I could be)
I'm not moving
(Thinking maybe you'll come back here to the place that we'd meet)
I'm not moving
(And you'll see me waiting for you on the corner of the street)

Going back to the corner where I first saw you
Gonna camp in my sleeping bag, I'm not gonna move

Stupid me

Why am I so stupid?

Why am I so crazy?

Why do I keep doing all these stupid and crazy things?

Stupid stupid stupid.

Logic fails to give an answer.

Unable to stop, unable to leave, unable to run, unable to hide.

I guess I'm just...

intoxicated...

Stupid me.

Get It Right

What have I done
I wish I could run
Away from this ship going under
Just trying to help
Hurt everyone else
Now I feel the weight of the world is on my shoulders

What can you do when your good isn’t good enough
And all that you touch tumbles down
Cause my best intentions keep making a mess of things
I just wanna fix it somehow
But how many times will it take
Oh, how many times will it take for me
To get it right, to get it right

Can I start again, with my faith shaken
Cause I can’t go back and undo this
I just have to stay and face my mistakes
But if I get stronger and wiser
I’ll get through this

What can you do when your good isn’t good enough
And all that you touch tumbles down
Cause my best intentions keep making a mess of things
I just wanna fix it somehow
But how many times will it take
Oh, how many times will it take for me
To get it right

So I throw up my fist, throw a punch in the air
And accept the truth that sometimes life isn’t fair
Yeah I’ll send out a wish, yeah I’ll send up a prayer
And finally someone will see how much I care

What can you do when your good isn’t good enough
And all that you touch tumbles down
Oh, my best intentions keep making a mess of things
I just wanna fix it somehow
But how many times will it take
Oh, how many times will it take
To get it right
To get it right
