So what if you have high authority of power?

So what if you are older than me?

So what if you are at a higher rank than me?

This doesn't mean that you can abuse your position and misuse your power.

This doesn't mean that you can have special privilege.

This doesn't mean that you can frighten or threaten people with your status power.

This doesn't mean that you can do whatever you wish to.

This doesn't mean that you can use it as an excuse for what you do.

If you are not going to treat me fairly, then why should I listen?

If you are not going to respect me, then why should I respect you?
